Private Function Terms & Conditions

The booking will not be deemed to be confirmed until receipt of the completed booking form with all sections signed and accompanied by the required deposit. All bookings are subject to availability. All bookings are subject to a £50.00 deposit.

The function organiser must ensure that children are supervised at all times. Any damages must be paid for.

All visitors to the private function must abide by the terms and conditions of Woolton Golf Club.

Woolton golf Club reserves the right to cancel any booking and return the deposit if circumstances dictate.
