The Clubhouse Facilities
The Clubhouse and its wonderful views over the golf course provide a perfect venue for any special event or celebration. Weddings, parties, funerals or seminars can be catered for with a variety of flexible arrangements and menus.
Centenary Room
The Centenary Room features a Bar and Dance floor, and can hold between 70 and 80 people - perfect for weddings and other celebrations. A variety of room layouts are available so that you function is tailor made just for you.

Spike Bar
The Spike Bar holds approximately 30, but can be combined with the Centenary room to form one large room for 110 to 120 people.

Doe Park Resturant
Doe Park Restaurant has recently been decorated and can comfortably hold up to 40 people. The room offers a very private setting for you and your guests and also benefits from air conditioning.

Lounge
The Lounge can hold up to 35 people and also features a small bar.
Linen is supplied with our compliments and we are also able to offer ample secure car parking facilities.

Private Functions.
Any function organiser wanting to arrange an event at Woolton should contact the Secretary Manager by telephone to secure a booking. If you know the details of your function you can make a booking application online. To secure a booking, a non-refundable room charge is required details of which can be found on the application form.
